What You'll Do
As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans. Your compassionate approach and strong communication skills will be key in fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs.
- Develop personalized therapy programs focusing on enhancing daily living skills.
- Collaborate with families to provide education and support for home-based activities.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably working with individuals with autism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing therapy plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate client needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Implement therapy sessions that focus on improving daily living and work skills.
- Collaborate with families and provide guidance for continued progress at home.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
