HOMESTAY ONSIDE OPERATOR

Position: Homestay Onside Operator 

Location: Kuala Lumpur

We're expanding and looking for a responsible and people-oriented team member to join us as a Homestay Operator! If you're organised, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly — we’d love to have you on our team. ______________ 

🛎️ Job Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with current and upcoming guests to ensure smooth check-ins and a pleasant stay 

• Coordinate and monitor cleaners to maintain high cleanliness standards 

• Conduct unit inspections before guest arrival 

• Purchase and restock consumables (e.g. toiletries, diswash) and replace broken or missing items when needed 

• Perform minor repair work (e.g. light plumbing, changing bulbs, fixing loose furniture) 

• Transport items between homestay units as required 

• Assist with general day-to-day operations and support tasks ______________ 

🕒 Working Hours: • 6 Days a week • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ______________ 

✅ Requirements: 

• Must have own motorcycle (daily travel between homestay units is necessary) 

• Friendly, polite, and comfortable communicating with guests 

• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently 

• Basic handyman skills (not heavy repair work) 

• Able to communicate in basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia and/or Bahasa Cina ______________ 

💰 Salary & Benefits: 

• Salary: RM1,700 – RM3,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) 

• EPF & SOCSO provided
