  • Employers are solely responsible for the content of business and job postings.
  • MyJobe does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of any company, job post or applicant.
  • We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates these Terms or Malaysian law.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Basic registration for job seekers and business is free.
  • Employers may be subject to fees for premium listings or additional services. Fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction.
  • All payments are processed securely. No refunds are provided for completed transactions unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on MyJobe are the property of Wa Tech Soft SDN BHD or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse our platform or engage in fraudulent activities.
