I started my career with a Diploma in Mass Communications from KDU, where I built a foundation in media, communication, and content creation. My first role in sales and marketing at mm2 Entertainment gave me hands-on exposure to media production, campaigns, and client management.
In 2010, I joined FLE (M) Sdn Bhd and grew into the role of Head of Localization, where I spent over 13 years leading multicultural teams, managing international projects, and driving market expansion through content adaptation. Along the way, I also took on roles in compliance, ensuring ISO standards were met, and in marketing communications, aligning localized content with business goals.
What I’ve become really good at is bridging cultures, languages, and business objectives — ensuring that products, services, and messages are both globally consistent and locally relevant.
Today, I am looking to transition into broader roles in media, communications, or professional services, where I can apply my project leadership, compliance knowledge, and communication expertise to help organizations grow and connect with diverse audiences.
