I’m a Business Studies diploma graduate with hands-on exposure in data analytics, business operations, and customer-facing environments. I am currently a participant in the Khazanah Youth Development Programme, a specialized graduate employability initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where I completed the Data Analytics with Python track.
I recently completed an internship at Excelerate Sdn Bhd, where I worked on data organization, feedback systems, and dashboard creation using Google Sheets and Looker Studio. I supported internal teams by building structured dashboards, designing a universal Google Feedback Form based on business requirements, and documenting simple user guides to improve reporting adoption and process consistency.
Earlier in my career, I gained practical exposure in business operations and HR within a manufacturing environment, as well as customer service experience in retail. These roles strengthened my discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work with different stakeholders in fast-paced, structured settings.
