• Attend and resolve end-user requests and update the solutions into Service Helpdesk system accordingly.
• Ensure all request tickets are respond and resolved within the agreed SLA highlighted in Service Helpdesk policy.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve daily issues involving users' laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, operating systems and software applications.
• Deliver second-level technical support for issues escalated by the first-level helpdesk team.
• Delivering on-site support to Sapura Energy subsidiaries located in the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor site-office regions.
• Provide remote support to end-users outside the HQ office, particularly offshore users on rigs and vessels through the TeamViewer remote access tool.
• Prepare and setup the laptop / desktop to Sapura Energy new joiner. Perform the on-boarding procedure.
• Carry out offboarding processes for departing employees.
• Recommends and performs upgrading on hardware and software to ensure longevity.
• Familiar with Dell and HP laptop and desktop parts repair and replacement.
• Liaise with Dell and HP support teams to manage warranty claims for faulty and defective devices.
• Install and setup SAP client application.
• Exposure and working knowledge of various Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SCCM, and Active Directory.
• Manage and configure user’s email. Microsoft Outlook 365 and IMAP configuration.
• Manage and configure Active Directory Domain Services.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environment. Windows 7, 8, 10,11 and Office 365 suites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multi-function printers including Fuji Xerox, HP, Canon, and Ricoh models.
