Project Management & Coordination: Lead end-to-end project activities from ordering, design, buy-off, delivery to
after-sales service, ensuring smooth collaboration between customers and internal teams.
● Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, schedule, and coordinate project plans, meetings, and conference calls with
both internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and timely progress.
● Risk Assessment & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues at the early stages, evaluate
available information, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and ensure project success.
● Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, monitor ongoing progress, and prepare regular updates,
reports, and presentations for management and business unit heads.
● Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers,
enhancing their experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships throughout the project lifecycle
