-Coordinated community development initiatives across 10 public housing in the Klang Valley,
-Designed and led a multi-site Rapid Assessment to establish social and environmental baselines that informed project selection and strategic planning.
-Supervised and coached consultant teams, ensuring timely completion and streamlining reporting across all research sites.
-Produced several focused qualitative studies on Accessibility, Safety and Community Mapping, providing insights for planning development.
-Strengthened and maintained multi level stakeholder relationships to secure engagement and shared ownership while mitigating conflicts and realigning diverse interest towards common goals.
-Successfully organised and delivered the Open Day event for residents of PPR Lembah Subang 1, in collaboration with local partners and with support from LAKSANA and the Office of YB Lee Chean Chun.
-Assisted and contributed a series of strategic workshops with government representative and community leaders in aligning local priorities.

-Developed a structured selection and evaluation framework to guide candidate recruitment and ensure transparent, merit based selection.
