Manage high volume shipments on daily, handling both export and import
airfreight across multiple international trade lanes.
Act as the key point of contact for major customers, airlines, and overseas
agents, ensuring clear communication and service transparency.
Handle airfreight rate quotations and spot rate requests, negotiating
directly with airlines and agents to secure competitive, market-driven
rates.
Coordinate bookings and operational updates using Spectrum, EZYCargo,
CCN, and other airline portals, ensuring accurate shipment execution.
Liaise with a wide range of airlines including CX, QR, SQ, TK, MH, BA, SV, CI,
KE, EY, TG, UL, etc, to manage space allocation, uplift status, and transit
performance.
Oversee key global trade lanes including CGK, KIX, TPE, IST, NRT, HKG,
Europe, and the Middle East, ensuring smooth cargo movement.
Verify, and manage AWB/HAWB, shipping instructions, invoices, billing
documents, and customs documentation in compliance with IATA and
airline SOPs.
Proactively monitor shipments and coordinate with airlines and overseas
agents to resolve delays, space constraints, or documentation issues,
ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support revenue and sales activities through rate comparison, booking
conversion, and reporting via internal BRO systems.
Marketing, Outreach & Network Development:
Actively promote the company profile and service offerings across the
global freight network, reaching 100+ network members daily through
structured outreach and follow ups.
Initiate and manage appointment setting with overseas agents, airlines,
and network partners to explore collaboration and business opportunities.
Create and share standardized rate templates and promotional rate
sheets for airfreight services, ensuring clear, professional, and consistent
communication.
Improve operational workflows by providing customers with clear visibility
of shipment flow, enhancing trust and service experience.
Execute email marketing campaigns to circulate rate updates, service
announcements, and capacity availability to targeted network contacts.
Conduct cold calls and direct outreach to introduce company
capabilities, build awareness, and generate new leads.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships by establishing trust
based connections with network members, agents, and partners.
