• Successfully identified the volatile profile of papaya at different ripening stages and diseases, as well as elucidated the bacterial and fungal microbiome profile during fruit ripening and rotting.
• Reduced anthracnose (caused by C. gloeosporioides) incidence and severity by more than 70% and 90% respectively after 8 days of incubation using 15 mg/ml Garcinia atroviridis crude extract, demonstrating an effective natural alternative to synthetic fungicides.

•Instructed undergraduate students in advanced plant biotechnology and postharvest science techniques, while managing laboratory logistics and ensuring operational excellence.
• Instructed students on advanced practical techniques including plant tissue culture, biolistic transformation (gene gun), and CTAB/silica-column-based genomic DNA extraction for Sauropus androgynus, emphasizing precision and sterile methodology.
• Managed and monitored student laboratories, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and providing hands-on support to achieve learning objectives.
• Oversaw all aspects of the tissue growth environment, maintaining controlled conditions to ensure the success of student experiments and research projects.

• Supported supervisors on various projects, primarily researching the identification of bioactive compounds in Ganoderma lucidum and Cordyceps militants.
• Developed and drafted 3 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory equipment and documentation for GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) application.
• Coordinated a product launch event by conducting lab tours and engaging with customers and investors.
• Trained on various analytical equipment including ELISA and HPLC.
