Melaka Institute Biotechnology Melaka What I did: Analyzed halal DNA in food products using Thermal Cycler PCR machine and practiced cell culture technique of derivative hamster fibroblast lung cell line. Final Year Research Project What I achieved: Identified RBOH-B like gene with highest similarity in Berangan Banana using bioinformatics analysis computer tools and performed RNA extraction and optimization using PCR machine of the infected plant to analyzed the survival mechanism against diseases.
