Quality and Reliability Engineering Technician
-Responsible in running reliability stress such as Precond, TCB,THB, UBH,BAKE and HTOL.
-Assisted in engineering qualification activities and reliability testing by preparing test setups, monitoring device performance, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting engineers in ensuring product quality and compliance with reliability standards.
-Supported preventive maintenance and calibration activities by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking schedules, and coordinating with external vendors. Assisted in ensuring that all equipment and instruments were properly maintained, calibrated, and compliant with internal and external quality requirements.
-Supported reliability testing through hands-on experience in MCC operations for High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) qualification. Responsibilities included preparing and loading devices, configuring test conditions, monitoring system performance, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining proper documentation in accordance with engineering standards and safety procedure.
- Actively participated in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, supporting qualification builds and helping the team achieve target completion timelines through efficient coordination and task management.
-Responsible in raised department shopping carts, assisted in procurement activities, ensuring timely material availability and following up with vendors until PO (Purchase Order) closure to maintain smooth project flow.
- Supported sample and equipment shipment activities, including preparing documentation, coordinating logistics and ensuring on-time delivery to internal and external sites.
-Collaborated with engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues (sending rejects to debug/FA), streamline test setups, and support successful project completion.
- Guided and mentored graduate interns and newly hired technicians on job responsibilities, work processes, and quality standards.
