Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead the execution of procurement operations in the most effective and cost-efficient manner to
meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with PETRONAS established policies, procedures
and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall process and
practices.
• Plan and Strategy
Plan, analyze and make recommendation for the development of sourcing strategy based on internal and
external analysis as per the guideline and frameworks for procurement operations in term of materials
and services.
• Tender Plan and Processes
Plan and execute sourcing activities for procurement operations through utilization of digital tools,
facilitate the tendering, clarification & evaluation of tenders, contract award negotiation and finalize the
documentation of contract agreement.
• Contract & Contractor Performance Management
Plan and execute all post-award activities including contract changes, contract extension, Performance
Guarantee (PG) validity, contract expiry, Approved Contract Value (ACV) utilization, contractor
performance management and contract closure.
• Materials Management & Logistics
Plan and execute the expedited PO delivery with vendors and execute materials management activities.
• Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as first point of contact to users for any clarifications, requests, etc. regarding all procurement
related matters and from time to time engage with users/ customers.

Responsibilities:
• To assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and reviewing the Enterprise Risk
Management (ERM) Framework within CMSB Group, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• To collect, compile, and analyze relevant data for usage in risk management work. This includes searching
for information, up-to-date trends, tools, best practice techniques, methodology, etc.
• To keep abreast with current laws and regulations, including Companies Act, MACC Amendment Act
2018, Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance, ISO31000, and any other relevant ISOs or standards,
and best practices in risk management as benchmarking for CMSB.
• To assist & participate in the initiative proposed by Department.
• Provide administrative support to the Department and perform any other duties and responsibilities as
and when directed by the immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities:
• Research, analyse and report critical financial data for the client.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using a wide variety of data sources and tools to verify accuracy of bond
data.
• Maintaining various spreadsheets and databases which track interest rates, yields, pricing and new
issuance.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting the teller and counter executive in daily task “back office” such as sorting and batching of daily
operation, documentation and weekly report log in.
