- started slow, got 4.2 rating after my first girl customer because i kept looking at her and asking question, then with determination , R&D. Developed a skill where women never distrust me on a car day or night, how? simple.
(i arrive at location i dont look at her face, she enters my rearview mirror is positioned higher but can still see, and that is pretty much it, because if only the voice you hear, you lost 90% incentive to flirt a girl, had 3 year 5 star rating because of it)

-all though thought and innnovation is good, i just feel my talent are wasted, but honed some skills though.
-So being so great at consistency.. i literally had to drop down my skill so that i get 4.89 rating now :D.
-Conclusion, even if im hating on the job, at spurs I CAN BE WELL GOOD AT IT :D!

-Selling is my passion.. but also being a leader is..because from the stories i've written, there is no way a creative force/brain wont be able to writ as long as i did and i like property.
-I think my value comes from.. independancy , where i try not to ask from parents or friends first and then try to sell at them.
-so i never sell a house unfortunately, but got 3 bookings though!!, because KL was too far from sg buloh and was 30's at this point and poor. cant concetrate, leader dont close when he should have and just no money bro.
But if certain requirements are met(basic salary of 2.5k), i can hold off till 6 month with motivation , great attitude, determination, ok ethics because need to consider company reputation , Fun doing the job, enticement of big salary. Reason i need the requirement because(interview and hire me and i tell you the golden goose)
-If i give my facebook , people near me recognize me and like me forsome reason. Had an offer with message proof that , a friend wanted to buy land with ready construction and if they dint want to do construction , alaaa, just coach them that they know what to do.. JUST DO, now thats a global saying if you know what i mean.
Furthermore, i dint have my rea license or something , then i missed a chance to get 700k or 1M or somewhat..but i like being me because not only i moved on but i got another offer randomly from driving as a grab driver to be a millionaire again but.. no money .
so what im tying to say is.. i have a brand or brand and persuasion, i need basic income for house rent( i need to get away from my parents just a while. then i go kaboom!).

-Sell an electric chair that cost 31 k that said to do wonders.. Stratergically, i went to clinic to clinic without the chair... i wonder why i could'nt sell that chair and that high price
-Tried selling it with my "Mentor" story and his name was Amir too so you thought "well he gotta be a destiny figure or some shi", he was a big bloke that did cartwheel, play guitar and drift instead of selling the abundance of KOREAN product himself THEN TEACH PEOPLE BUT HE IS DOING CARTWHEEL AT SUBANG USJ 1 SIR OR MISS. So i tried his story.. dint work.
-Now i tried my story with his mix, but you all have to remember.. I DONT HAVE THE CHAIR HOW DO YOU SELL SOMETHING WITHOUT A PRODUCT THAT IS 31k!!!, so... urgh , dint work too.

-Then finally i got the chair , from my "supposed" mentor, but motivation drained to almost 0, welp everything turned bad and luckily dad came to help.
-1 proud thing i could have taken this from mlm or maybe 2 is, 1 if you are a pro at selling , you can teach people to be pro and make money from them, so im not deterred with people calling some thing are scam, research first.
second is there was a decent price machine cost 3.1k that filters air like no other, if i had the energy and motivation, i might have stratergically sell at a nice place like a factory and make profits.
