communication.
● Attended weekly site and progress meetings to track project status and resolve issues.
● Facilitated coordination between EPCC, OE, and TNB to ensure aligned execution of works.
● Coordinated and managed electrical and civil drawing submissions to OE, ensuring timely approvals.
● Reviewed and controlled drawings and technical documents, addressing revisions and project blockers.
● Engaged with consultants and suppliers to expedite drawing approvals in line with OE/TNB comments.
● Attended Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality
standards.
● Supervised construction and installation of substation equipment including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers,
busbars, isolators, control panels, and protection systems.
● Oversaw erection works, installation of primary and secondary equipment, and testing and commissioning activities.
● Prepared and submitted Method Statements for civil and electrical works to TNB and clients.
● Conducted site surveys with TNB representatives to identify risks, design issues, and potential project blockers.
● Prepared and reviewed RFI , technical documents, drawings, and specifications for inspection to support project
delivery and claim.
● Ensured site compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
● Assisted other project teams with site supervision, documentation, and coordination during critical project stages while
ensuring timely progress of own project.
● Managed small-scale project activities including bulk delivery coordination of circuit breakers (CB) and CVTs to TNB
