A seasoned professional with over 16 years of end-to-end experience in software delivery and digital transformation, I have successfully held key roles within the software delivery life cycle, including Head of Delivery, Technical Project Manager (PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certified), Solution Architect, Change Manager, Configuration Manager, Process Consultant, Release Manager and Test Manager. 

I have led major initiatives across diverse sectors, implementing cutting-edge solutions such as big data platforms, advance analytics, Microservice architecture, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise-wide transformations. 

As a strategic leader in driving operational excellence, I have 

1. delivered robust delivery services, managed complex payment and settlement service for a major oil and gas company for their petrol station in 36 counties,
2. Developed a comprehensive Business Continuity Program, enabling a digital bank in Dubai to gain regulatory approval from the Dubai Central Bank,
3. Establishing Testing as a Service (TaaS) in large-scale environments to transform test department into a revenue generation department.
4. Deliver asset discovery and change impact management framework with BMC solution for a local Bank in Malaysia.
5. Spearheaded a successful organizational transformation for KWSP by transitioning to a product-centric operating model, adopting Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
6. Implemented a comprehensive big data and advanced analytics platform for KWSP. This initiative included the integration of data science models, providing strategic insights that empowered data-driven decision-making and enhanced operational efficiency across the organization.
7. Deliver testing service for financial sector and telco sector
