Once credits are used for actions such as:

Unlocking candidate profiles
Using Premium Unlock or similar enhanced features
the transaction is considered completed and cannot be reversed.
Refunds or credit reversals may be granted only in the following cases:
A confirmed system error on MyJobe’s side
Verified candidate misrepresentation or fake information, after internal review
In such cases, affected credits may be refunded at MyJobe’s discretion.
Credits that remain unused in an account have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
