At TFM Foundation, our mission is to address educational inequity in Malaysia by recruiting and developing dedicated individuals to serve as teachers in high-need schools. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Through our comprehensive programs, we provide training, mentorship, and support to our fellows, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.
