BUSINESS ANALYST

Business Process Analysis & Design

• Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Document and model workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Develop as-is and to-be process maps, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.

Workflow & System Implementation

• Work with software developers and business unit leaders to translate process models into executable workflows.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for workflow automation systems.
• Collaborate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities.
• Support workflow deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with workflow/BPM platforms such as Joget, Camunda, ProcessMaker, Kissflow, Visio or Power Automate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
• MUST be willing to work US hours.
