Position 2: Complaint & Investigation Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for verifying and handling reports of cheating and account suspension appeals in the game.
Review and analyze reported player case videos to determine whether cheating or rule violations occurred.
Conduct risk assessments on potential misjudgments related to in-game anti-cheating and security strategies.
Execute complaint and report investigations, analyze recurring issues from user feedback, and assist developers in identifying and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Extensive gaming experience, with strong achievements in shooting games; players with Ace rank or above in Game for Peace (Peacekeeper Elite) or PUBG Mobile are preferred.
Familiar with various types of cheating behaviors in games; candidates with content moderation or video review experience in Peacekeeper Elite or PUBG are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above required.
Prior experience in the Internet or gaming industry is a plus.
