Costume Pattern Maker

Key Responsibilities: 

- Interpret costume design documents (in English) 

- Develop patterns using drafting software and 3D CLO 

- Review samples and adjust patterns for fit and accuracy 

- Create size charts and perform pattern grading 

- Prepare fabric markers and calculate material needs 

- Label pattern pieces and oversee cutting layout 

- Maintain organized documentation and communicate with the team 

Requirements: 

- Experience in costume or fashion pattern making 

- Skilled in Gerber, Lectra, or similar drafting software + 3D CLO 

- Strong grasp of garment fitting, grading, and construction 

- Able to read and interpret English design documents 

- Detail-oriented, organized, and good under pressure 

- Team player with strong communication skills 

- Knowledge of fabrics and cutting techniques is a plus 

🌍 Relocation Requirement: 

This role is based in Batam, Indonesia 

Relocation support will be provided for the right candidate 

Must be comfortable working on-site with factory and production teams.
