Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing the company’s Lazada store by handling daily operations, campaign execution, promotions, and platform coordination to drive sales performance.
Job Description:
-Manage daily operations of the Lazada Seller Center
-Coordinate with Lazada Key Account Manager (KAM) on campaigns, promotions, ad hoc deals, and platform performance matters
-Plan, submit, and execute platform campaigns (Double Digit, Mid-Month, Payday, etc.)
-Manage campaign pricing, vouchers, co-funding, and promotional budgets
-Upload and manage deals, vouchers, banners, and product visuals
-Execute Lazada Ads and affiliate programs to support sales growth
-Monitor store performance, key KPIs, and campaign effectiveness; provide analysis and improvement recommendations
-Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitiveness
-Ensure compliance with Lazada platform policies and maintain healthy store performance metrics
-Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and short-expiry products
-Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, marketing, designer, customer service) for smooth operations and campaign execution
-Handle order management, returns, customer refunds, and after-sales issues
-Prepare extra dockets for Lazada extra parcels when required
-Identify operational issues and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency
-Prepare daily outbound reports, monthly sales reports, and platform settlement reports
