Job Title: CNC Supervisor
Job Scope:
• Supervise and lead a team of CNC machinists and operators.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily machining operations to meet production
targets.
• Ensure CNC machines are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure high-quality output.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed on the shop
floor.
