Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect services and materials, focusing on cost reduction, quality, and vendor performance optimization.
Centrally manage all third-party vendors, evaluate their performance and foster strong supplier relationships.
Lead the harmonization of procurement processes across Southeast Asia in compliance with Staubli Group guidelines and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization within regional procurement operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations and logistics to ensure smooth procurement activities and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor market trends, product availability and pricing strategies to inform procurement decisions.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure optimal deals.
Provide general procurement & administrative support for SEA business units, including PO processing, documentation management, reporting and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement for indirect services and materials, preferably experience among Southeast Asia countries.
Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and procurement process optimization.
Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics and supplier networks.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
