Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect services and materials, focusing on cost reduction, quality, and vendor performance optimization.
• Centrally manage all third-party vendors, evaluate their performance and foster strong supplier relationships.
• Lead the harmonization of procurement processes across Southeast Asia in compliance with Staubli Group guidelines and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization within regional procurement operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations and logistics to ensure smooth procurement activities and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, product availability and pricing strategies to inform procurement decisions.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure optimal deals.
• Provide general procurement & administrative support for SEA business units, including PO processing, documentation management, reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement for indirect services and materials, preferably experience among Southeast Asia countries.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and procurement process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics and supplier networks.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
