Logistics Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Shipment Support & Coordination

• Assist in preparing and organizing import documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
• Follow up with suppliers and shipping agents to collect required documentation.
• Support the team in monitoring shipment status and updating delivery timelines.

2. Documentation & Filing

• Maintain proper filing of all logistics-related documents in both hard and soft copy formats.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for internal use or ISO audit purposes.
• Label and organize import records according to company SOP.

3. Internal Coordination

• Update internal teams (e.g., purchasing, warehouse) on basic shipment information as instructed.
• Assist in preparing internal forms or summaries for logistics tracking.

4. Support on Cost & Delivery Records

• Record basic logistics cost details such as freight charges, customs fees, and handling costs.
• Assist in updating shipment tracking sheets and delivery reports.

5. ISO Compliance Support

• Follow all logistics procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Support ISO documentation and assist during audits when needed.

Requirement:

• SPM or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Basic understanding of shipping documents and import procedures.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay (verbal and written).
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Willing to learn and support logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
