Responsibility;

Good appearance and attractive character.
Handle incoming calls from customers, customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up and resolve customers’ enquiries and issues.
Retain customers by recommending products and services that best serve customers’ needs.
Promote company products and services thru social media (Instagram, FB, TikTok etc.).
Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve monthly intake service target and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Attending to customer enquiry and request.
