-Develop ongoing and trusting relationships with customers
through interactive communication.
-Responsible for attending to customer queries, handling complaints,
providing solutions and alternatives.
-Resolve and update all customer/product feedback at the outlet to
the Store Manager & management and follow up to ensure
resolution.
-Assist with product queries, refunds, and exchanges.
-Maintain personal hygiene, neat appearance, and courtesy throughout the day.
-Collaborate with other operational staff to ensure customers receive efficient and friendly service.
-Understand the store layout well to assist customers, e.g. product placement.
-Promote selected products according to outlet promotions and festive seasons.
-Interact with customers to ascertain their needs and wants,
provide advice or suggestions, and direct them to appropriate products.
-Assist in general operational functions and ad-hoc tasks as required.
-Handling gift wrapping for any festival,occasion and celebration
